(\"SAGE\") is pleased to announce\nthat effective December 14, 2005 its common shares (\"Shares\") will commence\ntrading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"Exchange\") under the symbol SGX. The\nShares will continue to trade on the CNQ under the symbol \"SAGE\".\nThere are currently 38,467,961 issued and outstanding Shares. Pursuant to\nthe policies of the Exchange, an aggregate of 2,551,679 Shares held by the\ndirectors, officers and insiders of SAGE are being held in escrow pursuant to\nan escrow agreement dated December 2, 2005.\nSAGE is a Tier 2 mineral exploration and development company which owns\ninterests or options in seven exploration properties in Ontario and Quebec and\nsix exploration properties in Nevada. Its main properties are the Kerrs\nproperty (the \"Kerrs Property\") which is located in the northern part of the\nLarder Lake Mining Division in northeastern Ontario, and the Dixie Fork,\nTriple Junction, Pony Spur, Dike, Corridors and Sugarloaf properties\n(collectively, the \"Nevada Properties\") which are situated in northeastern\nNevada, within Elko County.
