(\"SAGE\") announces that, pursuant\nto its 2006 Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted 2,315,000 options\n(\"Options\") to acquire 2,315,000 common shares (\"Shares\") of SAGE at an\nexercise price of $0.14 per Share to members of management, the board of\ndirectors, its employees and consultants of SAGE. The Options will be\nexercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.\nThere are currently 69,709,871 common shares of SAGE issued and\noutstanding.\n\nSAGE is a mineral exploration and development company which has interests\nin exploration properties in Ontario and Quebec, Nevada and Arizona. Its main\nproperties are the Kerrs , Onaman, Jacobus, and Lincoln properties in Ontario,\nthe Dixie Fork, Triple Junction, Pony Spur, Dike, Corridors and Sugarloaf\nproperties situated in Nevada, and the Big Bend gold property, located in\nArizona.
