Neil Berkett has now notified the company of:\nA. the following transactions:\n1. On 4 April 2014 to acquire 2,735 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc for a price per share of £4.16 to be held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee pursuant to an ISA account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited; \n2. On 30 June 2016 to sell 2,446 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc for a price per share of £6.21 held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee for Neil Berkett pursuant to an investment account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited; \n3. On 30 June 2016 to acquire 2,443 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc for a price per share of £6.28 to be held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee for Neil Berkett pursuant to an investment account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited; \n4. On 11 August 2016 to sell 2,084 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc for a price per share of £7.30 held by Pershing Securities Limited as nominee for Neil Berkett pursuant to an investment account with Raymond James Investment Services Limited; \n5.
