[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5323C Sage Group PLC 17 June 2019 \n\n \n 17 June 2019\nThe Sage Group plc \n \nThe Sage Group plc (\"Sage\") announces that on 14 June 2019 it granted options (\"Options\") over a total of 1,002,584 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to 1,655 employees pursuant to the all-employee Sage Save & Share Plan (the \"Plan\"). \n \nThe Options are exercisable between 1 August 2022 and 31 January 2023. The exercise price was set at a 20% discount to the average middle market quotation of the three dealing days prior to the launch of the Plan on 23 May 2019 and is 604 pence per Ordinary Share*. The invitation to join the plan was made available to all employees globally, who were employed on or before 7 May 2019. Employees are limited to a maximum saving of £500 per month (or equivalent in local currency) over the period of the Plan. The grant of options amounts to 0.0895% of the Company's issued share capital as at 14 June 2019.
