Stabilising Manager: Citigroup Global Markets U.K. Equity Limited \n (a member firm) (Contact - Darrell Uden - tel 020 7986 0410);\n4. Stabilisation period commences: 9 March 2007 at approximately 08:00am\n London time;\n5. Stabilisation period ends: Close of business on 6 April 2007;\n6. 86,956,525 shares being Offered;\n7. Offer price: 240 pence per share;\n8. Over-allotment option is equivalent to 15% of the offering (13,043,480\n shares); and,\n9.
