[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n07 February 2025\n \n \nSafestore Holdings plc\n(\"the Company\")\n \n \n \n\nSafestore Holding plc Annual Report and Accounts and AGM documents\n \nSafestore Holdings plc (\"the Company\" or \"the Group\") Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting and Proxy Voting Arrangements\n \n \nSafestore Holdings plc (\"the Company\") announces, in accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on the FCA's National Storage Mechanism \n \nThese documents have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications or have otherwise been made available to shareholders today. \n \nThe Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Brittanic House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2BT at 1pm on Wednesday, 19 March 2025. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting.\n \nThe Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2024 is now available for download from the Company's website at www.safestore.co.uk/annualreport\n \nThe Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting is also available for download from the Group's website www.safestore.co.uk/nom\n \nAll shareholders are encouraged to complete and submit a proxy appointment online by using our electronic proxy appointment service offered by our Registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets, at www.signalshares.com or via the MUFG Corporate Markets shareholder app LinkVote+, which is available to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, or, if shares are held in CREST, by using the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.
