Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting.\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice of General Meeting has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on the national storage mechanism at:\nhttps://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n \nThe Notice of General Meeting has been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications or has otherwise been made available to shareholders today. The Notice of the General Meeting is also available for download from the Group's website: https://www.safestore.co.uk/CMSPages/GetFile.aspx?guid=7994920a-272c-4a99-b9aa-14e3441c13be\n \nAll shareholders are encouraged to complete and submit a proxy appointment online by using our electronic proxy appointment service offered by our Registrar, Link Group, at www.signalshares.com or via the Link Group shareholder app LinkVote+, which is available to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, or, if shares are held in CREST, by using the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.
