He is currently Chairman of CTAC NV, non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of Accell Group NV and non-Executive Director of Sligro Food Group NV, each a public quoted company in the Netherlands. \n \n \n \n \n \n During his extensive and varied career, Gert has held a number of senior executive positions including as CEO of GrandVision Europe BV before progressing to become Chief Retail Officer for Esprit Holdings Ltd and latterly as CEO of RFS Holland Holdings BV and its subsidiary Wehkamp BV. Until recently he was also a Non-Executive Director, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees for Wereldhave NV, which is also a public quoted company in the Netherlands. \n \n \n \n \n \n David Hearn, Chairman commented:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"Gert brings a wealth of experience having held senior roles across multiple disciplines, and will be a valuable addition to the Board, given our increased presence in Continental Europe.
