The new battery\ngreatly enhances safety with a system that is completely different from the\nmaterials used in existing lithium batteries.\n\nBK said it is confident that there will be an opportunity to change the\nparadigm of batteries that operate normally, even at temperatures ranging from\n-40°C to 70°C.\n\nAt the signing ceremony, BK Dong-yeong Tech will supply battery prototypes for\nSaean Group's production of electric vehicles and electric trucks, with Saean\nGroup vowing to meet strict quality standards in fitting them to vehicles.\n\nSaean Group is a company that designs, develops, and manufactures electrically\npowered passenger cars and special vehicles based in Nevada, and is preparing\nto produce automobiles at home and abroad.\n\nOn the other hand, BK Dong-yeong Tech is a solid secondary battery\nmanufacturer, and produces secondary batteries that do not use lithium by\nutilizing 'energy storage supercapacitor' technology.
