(OTC PINK: SAKL), a publicly traded entertainment company with operations in event management and film, announced that Slide the City Franchise, LLC has sold franchise rights to a non-related party for the exclusive rights to operate Slide the City™ in the country of Colombia.\n The agreement grants the right for the franchisee to open events in 3 select cities in Colombia. Franchisee has the ability to open additional cities with additional payments per city. The term of the agreement is for 3 years. The franchisee has expressed an interest in operating up to 9 Slide the City™ events.\n Richard Surber, CEO of SAKL, explained, \"International franchising for Slide the City™ has been very successful in the first 12 months of operations. Adding Colombia to our now extensive list of international franchised territories will increase revenues during the off season in the United States and other northern hemisphere territories.
