(OTC PINK: SAKL), is excited to announce that 87 events will open for sale across North America by April 30, up from only 20 in February. Sales are now underway across all brands including: Color Me Rad®, Slide the City® The Dirty Dash®, The Lantern Fest® and Trike Riot®. \n Richard Surber, CEO of SAKL, commented, \"Second quarter is off to a great start with nearly a third of all events projected to be held in 2016 open for sale this month. Based upon our current trajectory, SAKL anticipates that it will have sufficient cash flow to fully satisfy, in cash, the initial draw of $1.8M on our $5M equity line of credit. Furthermore, we intend to redeem $425,000 in Series C Preferred shares that were issued for advisory services related to the line of credit. We expect to have completed the buy back before the close of 2016. On or before April 13, SAKL will have paid $550,000 towards the equity line of credit.\"\n A list of all corporate and franchised events that are or will be open for sale in North America this month is included in this release. The list does not include franchised events outside of North America. Surber continued, \"I am especially looking forward to discussing some of our larger franchised Slide the City event markets in China, Japan, and Malaysia. Our events in these and other international markets have proven to generate significant consumer demand. With multiple successful franchise relationships already underway, we're confident this area of our business will strengthen further in the months ahead, ultimately leading to improved shareholder value.\"\n Color Me Rad®\n \n \n \n •Salt Lake City, UT\n  \n •Eugene\n  \n •Quebec\n  \n •Oklahoma City, OK\n \n \n •Virginia Beach\n  \n •Mobile\n  \n •Toronto\n  \n •Lexington\n \n \n •New Port News\n  \n •Boston\n  \n •Calgary\n  \n •Wilmington, DE\n \n \n •Jacksonville, FL\n  \n •Philadelphia\n  \n •Winnipeg\n  \n •Montreal\n \n \n •Knoxville, TN\n  \n •Columbus, OH\n  \n ...
