The\nmineralization intersected is located at the north end of the drill indicated\nmineralized body the Company is currently developing. Mineralization across\nthe face of the development has an average grade of 3.7 grams per tonne gold,\nand 89.7 grams per tonne silver over a width of 6 metres. Assays were prepared\nin-house at the Company's fire assay lab located adjacent to the mill. Check\nassays have been sent to an independent assayer to confirm values obtained by\nthe Company.\n\n\nCompany CEO Mel Rahal stated, "Our drillholes and previous experience\nmining the JM and D zones indicate that these mineralized bodies pinch and\nswell along structure, with a low grade zone encompassing a high grade center.\nWhen we mined the D zone, our initial results were very similar to those we\nare seeing now, and when we included the high grade material, our final grade\nwas 0.25 oz of gold and over 15 oz of silver per ton. I am very encouraged by\nour initial results and am looking forward to see the results of this zone as\nwe continue to develop it."\n\n\nUnderground development is currently occurring on two levels\nsimultaneously. A decline is being developed beside the zone to provide access\nto the 1220 level, while a drift to explore the mineralization is proceeding\non the 1233 level. The drift on the 1233 level intersected the mineralization\nand will now proceed to mine down the length of the zone.\n\n\nProblems sourcing specialized equipment and personnel have slowed the\nprojected development of the underground; however, recent acquisition of\nadditional underground equipment, and outsourcing for specialized skilled\nlabour requirements have recently increased production rates. The Company is\nnow confident that many of the operational problems associated with start-up\nare now behind them.\n\n\nOre-grade material is now being stockpiled before processing at the\nCompany's Baker mill facility begins. The Baker mill is a 250 ton per day\nmill, and has benefited from numerous upgrades completed by Sable over the\nyears. Upgrades completed this year include a refurbishment of the flotation\ncel...
