Sable continues to intersect high grade mineralization underground

VANCOUVER, Dec. 6 /CNW Telbec/ - Sable Resources Limited (TSX.V: SAE) "Sable" is continues to intersect high grade gold and silver mineralization during exploratory underground development at the Company's 100% owned Shasta gold-silver mine.

The mineralization intersected is located within the Creek zone mineralized body the Company is currently accessing. A 9.7 metre interval, cross-cutting the mineralized structure has yielded a grade of 0.296 oz/T gold, and 5.99 oz/T silver, which includes a 3 metre section grading 0.728 oz/T gold, and 9.97 oz/T silver. The samples taken consist of fines collected from a 4 meter wide, 3 meter high drift designed to test the width and grade across the mineralized structure. Assays were prepared in-house at the Company's fire assay lab located adjacent to the mill. Assays were prepared in duplicate, along with insertion of standards and blanks. Check assays have been sent to an independent assayer to confirm values obtained by the Company.

The grade encountered to date in the Creek zone is substantially higher than what has been indicated by drilling. This is exemplified by Drill hole DD05-09, which intersected 12.2 meters (estimated true width of 8 meters) grading 0.154 Oz per Ton Gold and 5.61 Oz per Ton Silver, and was intercepted in this recent cross-cut which graded 0.296 Oz per Ton gold and 5.99 Oz per Ton Silver over a 9.7 meter width. The increased gold grade is attributable to electrum; a natural alloy of gold and silver.

Mineralized material continues to be stockpiled before processing at the Company's Baker mill facility begins.
