[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1620C Sabien Technology Group PLC 09 November 2009 \n \n\n9 November 2009\nSabien Technology Group plc\n(\"Sabien\" or \"the Company\")\nAdjustment to number of warrants in issue\nSabien, the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, an energy efficiency technology, announces that further to the equity placing announced on 14 October 2009, and in accordance with the adjustment mechanism included in the warrant instrument held by TVI 2 Limited (\"TV2\") (the \"Warrants\") it has issued 84,433 new Warrants to TV2.
