The Company intends that the repurchased Ordinary Shares will be held as treasury shares in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006.\n \n\n\n\n\nDate of purchase:\n\n\n11 March 2024\n\n\n\n\nAggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:\n\n\n151,030\n\n\n\n\nLowest price paid per Ordinary Share (GBP):\n\n\n0.3806\n\n\n\n\nHighest price paid per Ordinary Share (GBP):\n\n\n0.3944\n\n\n\n\nVolume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share (GBP):\n\n\n0.3881\n\n\n\n\n \nFollowing the repurchase of Ordinary Shares, S4Capital has 583,491,444 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and one B ordinary share of £1.00 with voting rights in issue. The Company holds 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
