S-Ventures plc (AQSE: SVEN) (OTCQB: SVTPF), the company investing in and growing exciting brands across the natural, wellness and food-tech categories, is pleased to announce that its notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders or sent electronically following their previously selected communication preference and is available on the Company's website at www.s-venturesplc.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday 26 July 2023 at 23 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6LD.

The Board understands that the AGM serves as a forum for shareholders to raise questions and comments. The Directors would be delighted to address any queries prior to the AGM from shareholders not wishing to attend in person, including any which shareholders wish to raise prior to submitting proxy votes for the AGM. Therefore, if shareholders do have any questions or comments relating to the business of the meeting that they would like to ask the Board, they are asked to submit those questions in writing via email to robert@s-venturesplc.com by no later than 3 p.m. on Tuesday 25 July 2023.
