Stephen previously set up his own brand, Soupologie, and has a long track record of building strong audit, finance and governance functions within both public and private companies.\n \nRobert Hewitt retires as Chief Financial Officer but remains a Director of S-Ventures Plc in a non-executive capacity. Robert will work closely with Stephen to ensure a smooth transition, supported by the experienced and established finance teams within S-Ventures' group companies.\n \n \nCommenting on the appointment, Scott Livingston, CEO of S-Ventures Plc, said:\n \n\"We are delighted to announce this new appointment to the Board.
