RWS Holdings PLC 17 September 2004 RWS Holdings plc ('RWS' or 'the Company') RE Share Capital Reduction RWS announces that, on 15 September 2004, it received notification that the High Court has approved the reduction of the Company's share capital by way of cancelling the deferred shares of 0.1p each in the Company created as part of the Company's capital restructuring approved by shareholders on 10 November 2003.
