Russel Metals Announces the Appointment of a New Chair of the Board

Dinning has been appointed as Chair of the\n Board of the Company to replace Mr. Anthony F. Griffiths who retired as\n a director and as Chair of the Board on Tuesday, May 6, 2014.\n\n\nAnthony F. Griffiths was initially elected as a Director of the Company\n on May 14, 1997 and was appointed Chair of the Board on June 2, 1997.\n Mr. Brian Hedges, President and CEO commented, \"It has been a pleasure\n to work with Tony.  Tony has provided a great deal of leadership and\n wise counsel during these past 17 years.\"\n\n\nJames F.
