("Mena") are pleased to announce that Rusoro's acquisition of\nall of the issued and outstanding securities of Mena has now closed and, all\nrelease conditions having been satifisifed and the Subscription Receipts\nexercised, the net proceeds of $67,750,810 plus accrued interest from Mena's\nprivate placement of Subscription Receipts have been released from escrow and\npaid to Mena. As consideration for the acquisition of all of the common shares\nof Mena, Rusoro has issued 31,424,255 common shares. Rusoro now has\n142,855,106 common shares issued and outstanding.
