Votes as follows: 2,133,998\n(99.89%) for the resolution and 2,317 (0.11%) against the resolution.\n\n\n\nResolution 7, that the name of the company be changed to AorTech Biomaterials\nplc was defeated with 89 per cent of the vote against the resolution.
