(TSXV:RTM) (OTC:RTMFF) (the “Company”) is pleased\nto announce that further to its news release of September 23, 2021,\nthe Company has completed a non-brokered private placement to raise\ngross proceeds of $100,000 (the “Offering”) through the sale of\n2,000,000 units priced at $0.05 (the “Units”). Each Unit consists\nof one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable into\none further common share at a price of $0.065 for a term of two years.\nThe proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working\ncapital. Finders’ fees of $8,000 (8% cash) were paid on the\nOffering.
