(TSXV:RTM) (OTC:RTMFF) (the “Company” or “RTM”)\nis pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Douglas J. Andrews,\nBSc., MSc. as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the\nCompany, and the appointments of Mr. Gary Claytens and Mr. William S.\nElston to the board of directors of the Company.\n \n \n Mr. Claytens completed three years of Geology at the University of\nBritish Columbia and received a B.A. in Economics in 1984,\nspecializing in Resource Economics. He has been a member of ten public\ncompanies and is a former registered representative with Yorkton\nSecurities Inc. Most recently, Mr. Claytens was Senior VP and director\nof Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (“Vanstar”) and was a key person\nin the acquisition and advancement of the Nelligan gold property\n(“Nelligan”) in Central Quebec by Vanstar. Nelligan is now 75%\nowned and controlled by Iamgold Corporation and is reported to host\ntotal resources of approximately 3.2 million ounces Au.\n \n \n Mr. Elston has over 35 years of experience in the development and\nmanagement of public companies. He has been involved in the junior\nresource sector for over 25 years. Recent resource related\ndirectorships include Freeport Resources Inc. and Saturn Minerals (now\nSaturn Oil and Gas Inc.).\n \n \n Mr. Andrews is currently a director of the Company and he replaces Mr.\nDonald (Dan) M. Clark as President and CEO.  Mr. Clark has resigned\nas Chairman, President, CEO and a director of the Company effective\nimmediately but will remain a consultant to the Company and its\nexploration team on the Company’s Catharine gold properties located\nnear Kirkland Lake, Ontario.\n \n \n Lastly, Mr. Edmond Hatoum has resigned from the board of directors to\npursue other interests.
