(TSXV:RTM)\n(OTC:RTMFF)\n \n \n (the “Company” or “RTM”) is\npleased to announce that it has acquired by map staking (MLAS) 52\nclaims consisting of approximately 421 hectares covering an inferred\ncarbonatite complex (the “Ireland Complex”) located in Ireland\nTownship, 45 km northeast of Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario.\n \n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Ireland Complex is 100% owned and\nroyalty-free.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Ireland Complex is positioned along a southern\nextensional splay fault contained within the Kapuskasing Structural\nTrend, which contains several well documented carbonatite complexes\nthat contain niobium, iron, titanium and rare earth element resources\nwithin various assemblages of carbonatite rocks.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Observations from existing magnetic signatures over the\nIreland Complex resemble that of the magnetic signature which is\ncoincident with the REE Niobec Mine in Quebec\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The project qualifies for the Ontario Government\nCritical Minerals Directive issued in 2022 to find sources of\nstrategic minerals in conjunction with the Ontario Junior Exploration\nProgram for 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Douglas Andrews, the Company’s President and CEO,\nstates: “\n \n \n We are pleased to\nadd a Rare Earth Element prospect to our portfolio of properties.
