(CSE: WAW) \n(\"Augustine\") recently entered into an assignment and assumption agreement with \nRed Pine Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: RPX) (\"Red Pine\") and Citabar Limited \nPartnership (\"Citabar\") effective December 11, 2014.\nRed Pine announced in a news release of January 27, 2015 some \nresults of its exploration program. The results reported in the news release \nfrom Red Pine are summarized below: \nRed Pine Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: RPX) (the \"Company\" or \n\"Red Pine\") drilled six exploration holes on the Surluga Gold Deposit in \nDecember 2014. Full assay results have now been received for the first three \nholes and the remaining assays are pending. The drilling program was conducted \nto better define the mineralization and alteration mineralogy on the property. \nThe results confirm the gold grades reported by historical underground drilling, \nand also that these mineralized zones were not mined. When finalized, the \nresults from all six holes will be incorporated in the updated resource \ncalculation for the Surluga Gold Deposit that is currently being prepared for \nthe Company by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. and Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience. \n\n2014 Drilling Program\n The underground drilling results were not incorporated in \nthe current resource calculation for the Surluga Deposit. Given this fact, the \nlocation of the six drill holes were selected to both intersect historic gold \nmineralization, and identify the orientation of gold-bearing horizons. \n(See \nFigure 1) \nSignificant assay results for the first three holes are summarized \nbelow:\n\n \n \n  \n   \n   \n Grams per tonne (\"g/t\")\n \n Hole ID \n From (m) \n To (m) \n Length* (m) \n Gold (g/t) \n \n SD-14-01** \n 75.50 \n 78.10 \n 2.60 \n 2.61 \n \n SD-14-01 \n 107.07 \n 127.00 \n 19.90 \n 0.73 \n \n incl. \n 107.07 \n 109.60 \n 2.53 \n 3.15 \n \n incl. \n 115.05 \n 118.76 \n 3.71 \n 1.11 \n \n SD-14-02*** \n 80.50 \n 82.50 \n 2.00 \n 3.85** \n \n SD-14-02 \n 118.25 \n 128.38 \n 10.10 \n 3.16 \n \n incl. \n 119.50 \n 126.50 \n 7.00 \n 4.44 \n \n SD-14-03 \n 244.30 \n 248.80 \n 4.50 \n 0.68 \n \n SD-14-03 \n 244.30 \n 27...
