TORONTO, Feb. 19 /CNW/ - Route1 Inc.(TM) (TSX-V:ROI), a trusted provider of security and identity management network solutions, today announced that Anthony F. Rzepka, C.A., has joined the company's management team as Chief Financial Officer. Rzepka takes over this role from John Denham, who leaves Route1 to pursue other interests.
Route1 also announced further changes to the executive team. Effective immediately, Chief Executive Officer K. Andrew White will also assume the role of President, in a move to position the company for growth. Tim Hyland continues in the role of Chief Operating Officer, devoting his attention to ensuring the company meets demand for current and planned products.

Rzepka has extensive experience working with enterprise-class, publicly traded companies. He was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Worldwide, where he oversaw the entire financial reporting, planning, information systems, and tax compliance activities for the consolidated entity and each of the subsidiary companies. As Finance and Acquisition Manager at TLC VISION CORPORATION (TSX: TLC: NASDAQ: TLCV) Rzepka led the company through its Initial Public Offering in 1996. He went on to assist in raising an additional $250 million in public markets; and also held several positions including Vice President/National Director, Acquisitions and Business Development. Rzepka began his career with Ernst & Young after receiving his Bachelor of Commerce and Finance (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto.
