John Denham, Edward Boyd and Tim\nHyland resigned from the board. Joining the board effective immediately to\nfill these vacancies, and as independent directors, will be Brian W. Jamieson,\nDean Peloso and Robert J. Tweedy.\n\n\n\"I am very pleased to welcome Brian, Dean and Robert to the Route1\nboard,\" noted Ian Currie, Q.C. Chairman of Route1 Inc. \"Each of these\nindividuals brings an independent perspective as well as extensive public\ncompany experience to the board and I look forward to the contributions that\nthey will be making to the further development of the Company. On behalf of\nour shareholders and management, I would also like to recognize the\ncontributions of John Denham, Edward Boyd and Tim Hyland who have retired from\nthe board.\"\n\n\nMr. Jamieson was Chief Financial Officer of Reichhold Limited and Jannock\nProperties Limited, and has served as a director of a number of public\ncompanies including Reed Paper. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered\nAccountants of New Zealand and is a Trustee of the Armtec Infrastructure\nIncome Fund.\n\n\nMr. Peloso recently served as a director of Airsource Power Fund and has\nextensive experience in the regulation of the disclosure practices of public\ncompanies having served as the General Manager of SEDAR, Vice-President of\ne-Regulation for Canadian Depository for Securities Ltd, and Director - Listed\nCompany Reporting at the Toronto Stock Exchange.\n\n\nMr. Tweedy has served as the Chairman and CEO of a number of private and\npublic companies including PCL Industries and Sklar Peppler Furniture\nCorporation.
