(TSX-V:ROI), a leading global provider of security and identity\nmanagement solutions today announced they have entered into a Letter of Intent\n(LOI) to conclude an OEM Distribution Agreement by the end of October 2007\nenabling Route1's suite of identity management subscription services to be\nintegrated into G&D's StarSign(R) product family for e-identity tokens.\n\n\nG&D is a security technology company that has set worldwide standards in\nthis field from the beginning.
