(TSX-V:ROI) a market leader in\nproviding secure identity and entitlement-managed remote computing solutions\ntoday announced that it has appointed Genoa Management Limited (\"Genoa\") as\nthe Company's investor relations advisor and independent capital markets\ncounsel effective December 1, 2006.\n\n\nGenoa's mandate includes supporting Route1's management team on the\nCompany's investor relations and financial communications activities; advising\nRoute1 on its capital market transactions; and expanding the network of\ninvestors, analysts, and financial intermediaries who are interested in\nfollowing the Route1 investment story.\n\n\n\"Route1 is committed to its shareholders,\" commented Andrew White, CEO,\nRoute1. \"Our growth and recent media attention has set the stage for this\nrelationship. The time is right to leverage the experience and expertise that\nGenoa brings to the table.\"\n\n\nThe agreement with Genoa has an initial term of 6 months. Unless the\nCompany provides prior notice to Genoa, renewal terms are for an additional 6\nmonths.
