Result Energy Qualifies Special Warrants

CALGARY, Feb. 9 /CNW/ -- Result Energy Inc. ("Result") (TSXV: RTE) announces that it has obtained a receipt for a final prospectus qualifying for distribution 529,803,912 common shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of the 529,803,912 outstanding special warrants of Result. Each special warrant will be deemed to be exercised to acquire one common share for no additional consideration on February 16, 2010.
