All management resolutions proposed to shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated November 14, 2022, were approved by the majority of votes cast at the AGM. The Company also announces the grants of stock options to directors and officers of the Company to purchase 1,200,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.055 for a period of five years from the date of issuance and the grant of 2,160,000 restricted stock units (each \"RSU\") to directors and officers of the Company, which RSUs will vest one year from the date of grant and expire two years from the date of grant.
