[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n20 September 2023\n \nRosslyn Data Technologies plc\n(\"Rosslyn\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nShare Consolidation and Total Voting Rights\n \nRosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, is pleased to confirm that the Share Consolidation announced on 30 August 2023 has become effective.\n \nShare Consolidation\n \nAt the record date, being 6.00 p.m. on 19 September 2023, 882,963,721 Existing Ordinary Shares were consolidated into 17,659,275 New Consolidated Ordinary Shares at a conversion ratio of 50:1.\n \nFollowing the Share Consolidation, share certificates in respect of the Existing Ordinary Shares have ceased to be valid and certificates in respect of the New Consolidated Ordinary Shares will be dispatched to those shareholders who hold their shares in certificated form. CREST Shareholders will have their CREST account credited with their New Consolidated Ordinary Shares following Second Admission.\n \nAdmission to trading on AIM and Total Voting Rights\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 17,659,275 New Consolidated Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Second Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Consolidated Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:00 a.m. today, 20 September 2023. Following Second Admission, the share capital of the Company will consist of 17,659,275 Ordinary Shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 17,659,275 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or there is a changed to their interest in the Company.\n \nThe New Consolidated Ordinary Shares will trade under the ISIN: GB00BMV2DB09 and SEDOL: BMV2DB0\n \nThis announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the Circular posted to Shareholders on 31 August 2023, copies of which are available on the Company's website: https://www.rosslyn.ai/investors.
