[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9520H Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC 03 December 2015 \n\n3 December 2015\n \nRosslyn Data Technologies plc\n(the \"Rosslyn\" or \"the Company\")\nRule 17 Notification\n \nThe following information is disclosed under paragraph (g), Schedule 2 and AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.\n \nThe Company announces that Wildnet Limited, a company of which Barney Quinn, Non-Executive Director of Rosslyn Data Technologies, was recently a director, was put into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 3 December 2015.\n \nWildnet was a small private software company in which Mr Quinn had previously invested. It has outstanding liabilities owed to third party and trade creditors of approximately £17,000. In addition, Wildnet has an outstanding shareholder loan note of approximately £1.1 million.
