[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n18 September 2023\n \nRosslyn Data Technologies plc\n(\"Rosslyn\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \nRosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, is pleased to announce that all four of the resolutions (\"Resolutions\") put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting were duly passed.\n \nThe voting results will be made available on the Company's website shortly at https://www.rosslyn.ai/investors\n \nFollowing the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting, the expected timetable of events remains the same as documented in the Circular, and is as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n2023\n\n\n\n\nFirst Admission effective and commencement of dealings in the Fundraising Shares on AIM\n\n\n8.00 a.m. on 19 September\n\n\n\n\nFundraising Shares credited to CREST members' accounts \n\n\n19 September\n\n\n\n\nRecord Date and completion of the Consolidation\n\n\n6.00 p.m. on 19 September\n\n\n\n\nSecond Admission effective and commencement of dealings in the New Consolidated Ordinary Shares on AIM\n\n\n8.00 a.m. on 20 September\n\n\n\n\nNew Consolidated Ordinary Shares credited to CREST stock accounts\n\n\n20 September\n\n\n\n\nDespatch of definitive share certificates in respect of New Consolidated Ordinary Shares to be issued in certificated form\n\n\nwithin 10 Business Days of Second Admission\n\n\n\n\nLong Stop Date\n\n\n8:00 a.m. on 11 October\n\n\n\n\n \nEach of the times and dates refer to London (UK) time and are subject to change by the Company (with the agreement of Cenkos), in which case details of the new times and dates will be notified to the London Stock Exchange and the Company will, if appropriate, make an announcement through a Regulatory Information Service. Certain of the events in the above timetable are conditional upon, inter alia, the approval of the Resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting.\nReferences to times in this Announcement are to London (UK) time.\n \nApplication has been made for a total of 543,101,200 new Ordinary Shares in relation to Fundraising Shares and First Admission and dealings in the 543,101,200 new Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:00 a.m. on 19 September 2023.\n \nSecond Admission will occur after the Consolidation is effective...
