[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1684A\n Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC\n 25 September 2020\n \n \n \n \n 25 September 2020\n \n \n Rosslyn Data Technologies plc\n \n \n (\"RDT\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Issue of Equity\n \n \n The Company announces today that, following the achievement of targets for the financial year ended 30 April 2020 pursuant to the Company's Executive Bonus Scheme, application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") of 927,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company (\"New Ordinary Shares\").\n \n \n The New Ordinary Shares are being issued at the price of 5.65 pence on 24 September 2020 to the following directors, who have agreed to receive shares in lieu of cash:\n \n \n \n \n \n Director\n \n \n Number of New Ordinary Shares issued\n \n \n Resultant\nshareholding\n \n \n Percentage of enlarged share capital\n \n \n \n \n Roger Bullen\n \n \n 353,000\n \n \n 3,312,883\n \n \n 0.97%\n \n \n \n \n Hugh Cox\n \n \n \n 287,000\n \n \n \n 11,741,784\n \n \n 3.46%\n \n \n \n \n Ash Mehta\n \n \n \n 287,000\n \n \n \n 887,000\n \n \n 0.26%\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 1 October 2020, and the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
