Options over 240,000 Ordinary Shares have been exercised with an exercise price of 0.5p each. Following the exercise of options John O'Hara's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,598,281 ordinary shares, representing 0.82 per cent. of Rosslyn's Ordinary Shares. \n \nAdmission is expected to occur on or around 21 June 2019, with the new Ordinary Shares ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
