James' appointment will bring significant experience in the data and technical space to the board and will assist in the development of the Company's strategy. This is a transformational period for the business and James' appointment adds additional strength to the Board, supporting the Company's strategy and execution. \nJames will be replacing Ed Stacey, who has been on the board since the IPO in April 2014. Ed's commitments have, unfortunately, led to him not having sufficient time to continue to perform the role as he wishes and therefore he will be stepping down as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.\nThe Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Ed for his services over the last three years and wish him well for the future.\nBoard appointments\nJames Appleby joins RDT having previously spent fourteen years as CEO of Bluefin Solutions, a global consultancy that helps clients deliver digital transformation powered by SAP. James founded the business and grew it to 250 people across three continents based on his passion for leadership, values and strategy.\nAs well as a track record of driving sustained fast growth in the technology sector, James also brings 25 years of experience in analytics, data management and information insight. James will assist RDT in shaping the future and the role that technology, leadership and values can play in the revolution that is happening in the business world today. He will build on the Company's vision to empower customers with market-leading artificial intelligence, robotics, control systems and deep analytics capabilities.\nCommenting on his appointment, James Appleby, said, \"I am delighted to be joining RDT.
