Further to the announcement on 6 June 2025, Rosebank announces an update in relation to transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them ("PDMR"). As previously disclosed and conditional on, inter alia, the passing of the Transaction Resolutions and Admission, the following individuals subscribed for New Ordinary Shares in the Connected Persons Subscription:
