Roots is holding its Meeting on\n \n Thursday, July 20, 2023\n \n , at\n \n 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time\n \n by way of a virtual-only meeting via live audio webcast.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Voting in Advance of the Meeting\n \n \n \n As in prior years, shareholders have multiple options to cast their vote ahead of the Meeting.
