Given current circumstances as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, and in consideration of the health and safety of the Company's shareholders, team and the broader community, Roots is holding a virtual-only Meeting on\n \n Thursday, July 22, 2021\n \n at\n \n 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time\n \n by way of virtual-only meeting via live audio webcast and teleconference. Shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person.\n \n \n \n Voting in Advance of the Meeting\n \n \n As in prior years, shareholders have multiple options to cast their vote ahead of the Meeting, which include online, via telephone or via mail. Details on using each method are included in the Company's Management Information Circular and the form of proxy which are available on\n \n www.sedar.com\n \n .
