[{"type":"text","content":"Rooshine, Inc. files Form 1-A with the SECFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEOn Friday, June 22, 2018, Rooshine, Inc. filed a Form 1-A with the SEC.  The filing requests SEC approval of a $5.000,000 public offering of common shares at $0.01 a share.  We cannot begin entertaining offers or sales until the 1-A is qualified by both the SEC and the applicable state regulator(s).  We intend to use the net proceeds from this offering for production, payroll, the purchase of inventory, the payment of importation duties, towards the cost of product distribution and for costs associated with sales and marketing, including fees relating to attendance and presentations at expos, conventions, and shows.  This focused use of proceeds from the offering will initiate the production of bespoke spirits from Australia by establishing plants in the United States and the United Kingdom.  Rooshine’s proprietary processes can produce investment quality whiskey in much less time than it takes competition to distill and age their products.“I am quite excited to have sufficient working capital to move Rooshine forward.  Initial interest in our unique line of spirits has been quite favorable.  We have signed with an international distributor well versed in procuring and distributing products in the US and the UK.  We have our supply chain and our manufacturing already lined up to begin production and sales in 2018 once funding is received.”  Said Larry R. Curran, CEO of Rooshine, Inc.  “Rooshine is focusing on bespoke spirits in multiple packaging options including a variety of bottle sizes, casks, kegs and aluminum cans.  We will provide Rooshine to individuals for purchase and storage in barrel banks. We have experienced a keen interest in these barrel banks from all over the world.”  Statement as to Forward-Looking Statements.Forward-Looking Statements certain statements in this release that are not historical facts are \"forward-looking statements\" within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
