(hereinafter referred to as the \"Company\") hereby informs the public of the appointment of Mr. Yedil Utekov, in accordance with the provisions of Article 140¹ paragraph (1) of Law no. 31/1990 on companies, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as Article 14.1 of the Articles of Association of Rompetrol Well Services S.A., as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, starting from May 5, 2025.\n \n \n \n Through the current report dated January 20, 2025, we informed investors about the appointment of Mr. Yedil Utekov as interim administrator and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, starting from the same date, until the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.\n \n \n \n On April 28, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders elected Mr. Yedil Utekov as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, for a mandate starting on the same date and ending on April 30, 2026 (the expiry date of the mandates of the current members of the Board of Directors).\n \n \n \n Mr. Yedil Utekov is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Natural Resources and Hydrocarbons at the Astrakhan State Technical University, Russia.
