[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9823A Pathfinder Minerals PLC 09 February 2011 \n\nFor immediate release: 9 February 2011\n \nPathfinder Minerals Plc\n(\"Pathfinder Minerals\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \nApproved acquisition of IM Minerals Limited\n \nFurther to the announcement dated 14 January 2011, Pathfinder Minerals (AIM: PFP), the natural resources company with licences to mine heavy minerals sands in Mozambique, announces that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company, held today, were duly passed, including the acquisition of IM Minerals Limited.\n \nFull details of the acquisition of IM Minerals are contained within the Admission Document, dated 30 December 2010, which is available on the Company's website: www.pathfinderminerals.com.\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 728,556,730 Consideration Shares, the 11,052,632 Placing Shares and the 20,266,665 Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective, and trading in the Ordinary Shares to commence, at 8.00am on 10 February 2011.
