Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM: PFP), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that management will be hosting a presentation in relation to the Company's proposed acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Rome Resources Ltd ("Rome Resources", "RMR" or the "Target") (together the "Acquisition"), details of which were announced by the Company on 8 July 2024.

The "live" presentation will be hosted at the Shares Investor Evening (London) event which is sponsored by Shares Magazine and AJ Bell.
