Mr Easby was a key member of the Board that prepared the Company to be reversed into I M Power PLC, a company seeking a listing on the AIM market. Mr Easby qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and spent his early career in Audit compliance and as a Company Law specialist within a large regional Chartered Certified Accountancy practice.
