Read to its Board of Directors, as the Company continues preparations to complete its previously announced business combination with ThomasLloyd Climate Solutions B.V. ("ThomasLloyd"), a vertically integrated sustainable energy and technology solutions provider (the "Proposed Business Combination"). Mr. Read joins the Board to replace Jim Nevels.
