(TSX-V: ROK) ("the Company") announces the following update on its MAX Molybdenum Mine temporary shutdown.\nThe mine remains on a temporary shutdown as a result of a Stop Work order issued by the Cranbrook office of the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources ("BC-MEMPR"). The stop work order required the mine to provide a report from an independent geotechnical review of conditions at the underground mine, and the submission of other information such that the inspectors at BC-MEMPR could consider the recent stope wall-sloughing event.\nThe independent review has been completed and highlights that there are no issues with respect to re-entering the mine, and that the event was contained to the inactive, non-man entry stope as previously described. All other information has also been provided and the Company awaits the inspector's decision.\n\n\n >\n\n\nNeither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.\n\n\n\n\nInvestor Relations, Tel: 604-684-2900, Fax: 604-684-2902, Email: [email protected], Web: www.rocamines.com\n\n","length":2284,"tagName":"div"}]
