(the \"Company\" or \"RCI\") is pleased to announce that it has held its initial meeting as reconstituted following the consent resolution of shareholders (the \"Shareholder Resolution\") passed on\n \n Friday, October 22, 2021\n \n . At the Board meeting, the Company appointed Mr.\n \n Edward Rogers\n \n as Chairman of the Board.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Board is comprised of\n \n Jack Cockwell\n \n ,\n \n Michael Cooper\n \n , Robert Dépatie, Ivan Fecan,\n \n Robert Gemmell\n \n ,\n \n Alan Horn\n \n ,\n \n Jan Innes\n \n ,\n \n Jack Kerr\n \n ,\n \n Philip Lind\n \n ,\n \n Joe Natale\n \n ,\n \n Edward Rogers\n \n ,\n \n Loretta Rogers\n \n ,\n \n Melinda Rogers-Hixon\n \n , and\n \n Martha Rogers\n \n .\n \n \n Lead Director\n \n Robert Gemmell\n \n added: \"Having served on the Board since 2017, I am fully supportive of the changes that have been implemented.
