[{"type":"text","content":"\n Norish PLC\n11 April 2008\n\n\n Norish plc ('Norish' or the 'Company')\n\n 11 April 2008\n\n Free Share Dealing Service\n\n\nNorish is pleased to announce that it is offering a free share dealing service\nthrough Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited ('Computershare') for\nthose shareholders holding up to 10,000 shares that are listed on the share \nregister.\n\nNorish welcomes all investors, regardless of the number of units of stock they\nhold. However, we are aware that some holders of a small number of units of\nstock may not wish to retain their investment, but, find it inconvenient or \nuneconomic to sell their stock at commercial dealing rates.\n\nThe intention is that the free share dealing service will allow shareholders to\nsell their stock by using this simple and cost free service. The documentation\ndetailing the service will be sent to all shareholders the week commencing 14 \nApril 2008.\n\nShares will be sold every two weeks, on a Wednesday, upon receipt of the\ncompleted documentation and share certificate. It will not be possible for\neither the Company or Computershare to specify the sale price if a shareholder\nintends to avail of the service.
