[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4655Q Norish PLC 14 October 2013 \n \n\n \nNorish plc (\"Norish\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nRESULT OF OPEN OFFER\n \nOn 18 September 2013, Norish plc announced details of a proposed share issue to raise net proceeds of up to £400,000 by way of an open offer of 1,014,618 New Ordinary Share at a price of 40 pence per New Ordinary Share. \n \nThe Open Offer closed for applications at 1 p.m. on 11 October 2013 and the Company announces that the Open Offer has been oversubscribed. The Company has received valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of 1,349,105 Open Offer Shares. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Open Offer all applications for Basic Entitlements made pursuant to the Open Offer (other than Excess Shares) have been met in full and a scaling back exercise has been undertaken in respect of applications for Excess Shares. Excess monies in respect of applications which are not met in full will be returned to the applicant (at the applicant's risk) without interest as soon as practicable thereafter by way of cheque or CREST payment, as appropriate.\n \nApplication will be made to AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange plc, for the admission of the 1,014,618 New Ordinary Shares. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 18 October 2013.
